1. Who these rules apply to
These rules apply to every profile, placement, and piece of content submitted to CreatorBoard, whether or not payment has been confirmed. They apply in addition to, not instead of, our Terms & Conditions.
2. Prohibited content
You may not submit a profile, description, or link that:
- advertises a scam, fraud, or fraudulent financial scheme,
- impersonates a real person, brand, or organisation without authorisation,
- infringes copyright, trademark, or another party's intellectual property,
- is illegal to distribute in the jurisdictions CreatorBoard operates in,
- harasses, threatens, doxxes, or targets any individual,
- links to malware, phishing pages, or malicious downloads,
- contains sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise abusive material, or
- depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or hateful conduct toward a protected group.
3. Prohibited behaviour
Regardless of content, you may not:
- use stolen payment methods or fraudulent chargebacks to fund a placement,
- use bots, scripts, or automation to submit payments or manipulate ranking,
- coordinate with other accounts to artificially inflate a position,
- attempt to access another profile's management link without authorisation, or
- circumvent a suspension by resubmitting the same profile under a different identity.
4. Moderation actions
Depending on severity, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- removing a specific piece of content (description, image, or link) while keeping the placement live,
- temporarily suspending a placement pending review,
- permanently removing a placement without refund, where the violation was serious or repeated,
- declining future submissions from the same profile or payment method, and
- reporting unlawful content to the relevant authorities where required.
Where reasonably practicable, we notify the email address on file when we take action and explain why.
5. Appeals
If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, email us with your placement details and the reason you believe the decision should be reversed. We review every appeal; our decision on appeal is final.
6. Reporting violations
Anyone — including visitors without a placement of their own — can report content that may violate these rules through our report form, with dedicated forms for copyright and impersonation complaints.
