Channels are ranked by eligible qualifying amount — your bid, which is the charge plus any coupon applied and any Creator Credits spent — highest first. Ties are broken by whichever channel reached that amount first. See how ranking works for the full explanation.
Yes, and it can keep changing. Positions shown before payment are estimates based on the leaderboard at that moment, and other creators can add to or increase their own amounts at any time — before your payment is confirmed, and for as long as the board is open afterwards. Only the position a board holds when its period closes is final.
