Answers to the questions we hear most.
No. CreatorBoard has no login. You submit your channel once and manage it later with a private management link shown once when you pay.
Open the management link you saved when you paid — it takes you straight to your placement, no password required. From there you can update your description and category.
Email support@creatorboard.lol from the address you used to submit your channel and we will see what we can do from the payment record. We can’t recover it any other way, since there is no account to look it up from.
Visibility and placement on CreatorBoard for 30 days — a position on our leaderboard, category pages and shelves. It is not YouTube advertising and does not buy YouTube subscribers, views, watch time, likes, comments, impressions, click-through rate or revenue.
Positions reflect eligible qualifying amounts across every channel on that board. If another creator adds to or starts a placement above your amount, your position moves down. This is expected behaviour under our published ranking rules, not a service problem — and because a displayed placement has already been delivered, an outbid position is not grounds for a refund. If you want the position back, you don’t need to start over: see the next question. See how ranking works for the full explanation, including worked examples.
Yes. Qualifying amounts accumulate within a period rather than resetting with every payment, so if you’re outbid you can pay just the difference needed to move back above the creator who overtook you — you don’t need to match their full amount from scratch. This only works within the same board and period: a weekly qualifying amount does not carry into the next week once the weekly board resets. See how ranking works for a worked example, or the full rule in Competition & Bidding Rules.
A placement stays live for 30 days from activation, then comes down unless it’s renewed.
Open your management link before or after it expires and submit a new payment — there is no auto-renewal, so you’re never charged without visiting the link yourself.
No, not for a placement that has already been displayed — once it’s shown on CreatorBoard it has been delivered, and that’s final even if your position later drops, you’re outbid, or you’re unhappy with the traffic. What we do fix is a payment error: a duplicate charge, a charge where no placement was ever activated, or a charge taken after a technical failure on our side. Those are corrected in full — that’s not a refund of a delivered placement, it’s fixing a mistake in the charge itself. See our Refund Policy for exactly what qualifies and how to request a correction.
CreatorBoard credit: a single-use code, redeemable against a future listing within 30 days. There is no cash prize and nothing is paid out — we never ask a winner for bank details or ID, because there is no cash transfer to make. The code is bound to the creator who earned it and matched at checkout by your listed handle plus the email address on the winning placement, so replacing your management link never affects it. See our Reward Rules for the full Top 10 schedule and eligibility.
