CreatorBoard is an independent, third-party creator-discovery platform. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. We do not act on behalf of Instagram or Meta, and no part of the Service is operated, reviewed, or approved by them.

We do not scrape Instagram profiles, collect Instagram analytics, or access any Instagram account. The only Instagram-related information we hold is what a creator voluntarily submits: their public username and profile URL. We do not sell Instagram data of any kind, to anyone, at any time.

Nothing on CreatorBoard — including a placement, a position, or any marketing material — promises or guarantees Instagram followers, likes, views, reach, impressions, engagement, or revenue. A CreatorBoard placement is visibility on CreatorBoard; what a visitor does on Instagram after clicking through is entirely their own choice and entirely outside our control.

Instagram and the Instagram logo are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Their use on this Service is solely to identify the platform a creator’s profile links to, and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

A position on any CreatorBoard board — weekly, monthly, or global — represents that profile’s standing on CreatorBoard under our own published Competition & Bidding Rules. It is a CreatorBoard rank, not an Instagram rank, and carries no meaning outside this Service.

Where a submitted profile misuses the Instagram or Meta trademarks in a way that:

• falsely implies Instagram's endorsement of a CreatorBoard placement, or
• impersonates an official Instagram or Meta account or communication,

it violates our Platform Rules and can be reported through our impersonation report form.
