1. What a reward is
A CreatorBoard reward is credit, not cash. Finishing in the Top 10 of a closed weekly or monthly period earns a single-use promo code, bound to the winning creator, redeemable only against a future listing on CreatorBoard. There is no cash prize, no payout, no bank details, and no KYC — we never ask a winner for banking or identity information, because there is never a cash transfer to make.
2. Eligibility
You are eligible for a reward when, at the close of a weekly or monthly period, your channel:
- finished in the Top 10 of that board's final results,
- has no confirmed Platform Rules violation on the associated placement,
- was not suspended at the moment the period closed — see Section 6, and
- was awarded a share that rounds to at least one whole dollar — see Section 5.
3. How the credit total is funded
The credit issued for a closed period is not a fixed figure. It is funded by the listings that created the competition: 20% of the qualifying amount held by each of the week’s Top 10 funds that week’s total, and 30% funds the month’s. A listing therefore contributes to both competitions at once. Qualifying amounts held outside the Top 10 fund neither.
The total rises as the competition does and is fixed at the moment the period closes. Coupons are calculated against that fixed figure, and the published result for a closed period is never recalculated afterwards.
4. Top-10 schedule
The credit total for a closed period is shared among the Top 10 finishing positions according to the schedule for that period, expressed as a share of the total. The “current value” column shows what that share is worth as coupon credit, not a cash amount.
The weekly and monthly schedules are different. A week is deliberately flatter, so more finishers earn something; a month is weighted toward the top. Neither schedule applies to the other, and the schedule that governs a coupon is the one recorded against that competition when it closed.

Values shown are the credit totals as they currently stand for the open weekly and monthly competitions, and will change as those competitions do. Whatever the amount, it is issued as coupon credit — never as cash, and never paid to a bank account.
5. Calculation
Each finishing position’s coupon value is calculated as credit total × share, using the schedule in effect when the period closed, rounded down to the nearest whole US dollar — rounded down so that no more credit is ever issued than the competition contributed.
Every finishing position is held by exactly one channel, under the tie-break in the Competition & Bidding Rules. Each position’s coupon is therefore issued once and in full: positions are never shared and coupon values are never split.
A position whose share rounds down to less than one whole dollar receives no coupon. On a small pool this can mean the lower Top 10 positions finish in the published results without earning credit.
6. Suspended and disqualified listings
Coupons are issued automatically when a period closes. A listing that is suspended at that moment — including one suspended after a reversed or disputed payment — is excluded from the final results and receives nothing.
If we later find that a qualifying amount was funded fraudulently, we may suspend the listing and void any coupon it holds that has not yet been redeemed.
7. Disqualification
A channel found to have violated our Platform Rules during the period forfeits its coupon, as does one whose qualifying amount we later determine was funded fraudulently. Forfeited credit is not redistributed to other finishers unless we determine that doing so is required to correct an error in the published final results.
8. Coupon issuance and redemption
A coupon appears on the winning creator’s private management link as soon as the period closes, and is offered at checkout when that channel lists again using the email address on the winning placement. No code is sent anywhere, and nothing needs to be kept. Its 30-day validity runs from the moment the period closed. Each code is:
- single-use — it can be redeemed once, in full, against one future listing payment,
- bound to the creator who earned it — matched at checkout by the listed handle together with the email address on the winning placement, not by your management link, so replacing your link never affects it, and it cannot be transferred to another channel or person,
- valid for 30 days from the moment the period closed, after which it expires and cannot be reinstated,
- redeemable only as a discount toward a CreatorBoard placement — it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or transferred to a bank account or payment method.
9. Disputes
If you believe a coupon calculation or eligibility decision is incorrect, email support@creatorboard.lol within 30 days of the period closing, from the address on the placement, with your listing handle and the basis for the dispute. We will respond within 10 business days with our final decision.
