Answers to the questions we hear most, and the one form for reporting anything on CreatorBoard.
Yes, but there is no password. You sign in with a link sent to your email, then submit your channel — we never ask for YouTube permissions. After you pay, the listing is managed with a private management link, shown once, which opens without signing in. The Discovery Circle does have a sign-in as well, and it is the same one.
Open the management link you saved when you paid — it takes you straight to your placement, no password required. From there you can update your description and category.
Ask for a new one from the recovery page — it goes to the address you paid with. If you are in the Discovery Circle, signing in with that same address also shows your listings, and you can open the dashboard straight from there. Failing both, email support@creatorboard.lol from that address and we will see what the payment record allows.
Visibility and placement on CreatorBoard until the end of the current calendar month — a position on our leaderboard, category pages and shelves. It is not YouTube advertising and does not buy YouTube subscribers, views, watch time, likes, comments, impressions, click-through rate or revenue.
Positions reflect eligible qualifying amounts across every channel on that board. If another creator adds to or starts a placement above your amount, your position moves down. This is expected behaviour under our published ranking rules, not a service problem — and because a displayed placement has already been delivered, an outbid position is not grounds for a refund. If you want the position back, you don’t need to start over: see the next question. See how ranking works for the full explanation, including worked examples.
Yes. Qualifying amounts accumulate within a period rather than resetting with every payment, so if you’re outbid you can pay just the difference needed to move back above the creator who overtook you — you don’t need to match their full amount from scratch. This only works within the same board and period: a weekly qualifying amount does not carry into the next week once the weekly board resets. See how ranking works for a worked example, or the full rule in Competition & Bidding Rules.
Every placement ends when the calendar month ends, whichever day of the month it was bought on. The boards then start empty, and listing again is a new payment.
Open your management link before or after it expires and submit a new payment — there is no auto-renewal, so you’re never charged without visiting the link yourself.
No, not for a placement that has already been displayed — once it’s shown on CreatorBoard it has been delivered, and that’s final even if your position later drops, you’re outbid, or you’re unhappy with the traffic. What we do fix is a payment error: a duplicate charge, a charge where no placement was ever activated, or a charge taken after a technical failure on our side. Those are corrected in full — that’s not a refund of a delivered placement, it’s fixing a mistake in the charge itself. See our Refund Policy for exactly what qualifies and how to request a correction.
Creator Credits, added straight to the Creator Credits held by the email address that paid for the winning listing. There is no code and nothing to redeem, and no prize money is paid out — we never ask a winner for bank details or ID, because no money ever changes hands. A monthly reward is spendable at once; a weekly reward is held until that month closes and becomes spendable on the 1st. Only a week falling wholly inside one calendar month pays a weekly reward at all. Credit expires 40 days after it becomes spendable and may cover up to half of any one listing. See our Reward Rules for the full Top 10 schedule and eligibility.
